Mr. Sirajudeen Bin Syed Mohamed, MBA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer – Royal Kings Group

Mr. Sirajudeen Bin Syed Mohamed is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Kings Group, a diversified enterprise with operations spanning wholesale trading, information technology consultancy, and corporate advisory services in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific. With more than two decades of professional experience and a background in Compliance and Finance, particularly within the money-changing sector, he has combined business acumen, governance expertise, and strategic foresight to build Royal Kings Group into a trusted brand known for quality, innovation, and integrity.

Academic Excellence and Compliance Expertise 

Mr. Sirajudeen holds a Professional Diploma in Leadership and People Management from Kaplan Singapore and an MBA from Northampton University. He has also attained multiple professional certifications, including: 

• Certificate in Fundamentals of Corporate Secretarial Practice – Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) 

• Certificate in PDPA – An Operational Perspective – Singapore Management University (SMU) 

• WSQ Cybersecurity Awareness for Individuals and Business – FirstCom Academy

Entrepreneurial Journey and Growth 

• Royal Kings Pte. Ltd. (2013): 

Founded Royal Kings Pte. Ltd., focusing on wholesale trading across a diversified range of products without a single dominant line. The company quickly established strong supplier and client networks, delivering competitive pricing and reliable service. Leveraging his experience in gold bullion brokerage, he further expanded the Group’s trading portfolio to include access to the precious metals market. 

• Royal Kings Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (2019): 

Recognizing the need for structured corporate support, he launched Royal Kings Consultancy Pte. Ltd. in 2019. The firm specializes in management consultancy services with a strong emphasis on corporate secretarial support, complemented by bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance advisory. It has since become a trusted partner for SMEs and startups, helping them establish sound operational foundations while ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulatory environment. 

• Expansion into Information Technology Consultancy (2024): 

In 2024, Mr. Sirajudeen expanded the scope of Royal Kings Pte. Ltd. by updating its secondary activity to include information technology consultancy (excluding cybersecurity). This strategic diversification allowed the company to support clients with tailored IT solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness, further strengthening its role as a comprehensive solutions provider. 

• Board of Trustee Appointment (2025): 

Appointed as a Trustee of the Saaliheen Educational & Charitable Trust in India, where he contributes strategic oversight and institutional governance. In this role, he supports initiatives that promote education, empowerment, and inclusive development for underserved communities.

Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility 

Mr. Sirajudeen is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR). His support for National Service personnel was recognized in The Business Times, which commended his eƯorts to foster a workplace culture that values and honors NSmen. 

He has also received multiple Community First Responder Awards from the Singapore Civil Defense Force for lifesaving actions through the My First Responder App. In addition, he successfully completed the Caring Commuter Champion Certificate (2023) program, which reflects his dedication to fostering a more caring and inclusive commuting culture in Singapore.
