Profile of the Founder and CEO

Royal Kings Group Founder and CEO, Mr. Sirajudeen Bin Syed Mohamed, holds a Professional Diploma in Leadership and People Management from KAPLAN Singapore and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Northampton University. He started his career in managing the Compliance and Finance Department of the Money-changing business for more than 13 years and with extensive experience in the capacity of the trade, he is developing operational plans which incorporate goals and objectives, which work towards the strategic direction of the company. He is responsible for the day-to day running of the business with the importance of CDD, EDD, on-going monitoring, transaction consistencies, screening and record keeping. With his working experience, it helps to layout the company’s policies and procedures that comply with the regulatory requirements at par with ethical standards in the Money-Changing and Remittance industry.

 In 2013, he planned a business start-up which he founded  " ROYAL KINGS " a highly regarded wholesale trading company in Singapore. He has built a robust network of suppliers and customers, allowing to offer the clients competitive prices and unparalleled service. Furthermore, his expertise and specialisation in gold bullion brokering and dealing provides his clients with access to the precious metal market, making  a one-stop-shop for the trading needs.

And in 2019, he also set up a Management Consultancy Services, a Singapore based firm that provides company incorporation, business formation, corporate secretarial, compliance management, accounting and taxation, payroll management, as well as other corporate administrative services for startups and small to medium enterprises. 

He was also featured in THE BUSINESS TIMES for his support going beyond to recognized its NSmen staffs and supporting  their contribution to the Nation. He has also been given Community First Responder Award several times from Singapore Civil Defense Force for responding to Accidents and Emergencies in various parts of Singapore when " My First responder App " informs of an incident. He also been awarded as " Best CEO with an HR Focus " for outstanding commitment to HR and people management in Singapore from Chief of Staff Asia at the HR Stars Award 2023 and also posted in Chief of Staff Asia social media and featured in TAMIL MURASU Newspaper as well. He was given a prestigious recognition as the TOP LEADING ENTREPRENEURS 2023/2024 of the company’s continuous accomplishments in business excellence and exceptional leadership and also won an exclusive and prestigious Award in Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA)2023 under the Established Brand Category by the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME) and Lianhe Zaobao to recognize and honour Singapore Brands that have been developed and managed effectively through various branding initiatives and as an exceptional entity that are symbols of Trust and Excellence for the markets they serve.
